Our store is powered by Shopify, which securely processes transactions.
Payments may be handled through:

- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Other supported providers
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.
3. Products (Made-to-Order Model)
HighQi products are primarily print-on-demand, meaning they are created after you place your order.
This means:
- Each item is made specifically for you
- Slight variations in print placement or colour may occur
- Production times are part of the process
We aim to display products accurately, but minor differences may occur due to screens and manufacturing.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in USD ($)
- Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location
- Prices may change at any time prior to purchase
Once an order is placed, the price is locked in.
5. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or system issues
If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
6. Fulfilment & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled through third-party production partners integrated with Shopify.

- Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
Delays may occur due to:

- Weather
- High demand
HighQi is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
7. 100% Free Returns
We offer a 100% free return policy within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.
This includes:
- Full refunds
- Free prepaid return shipping
- No justification required
Process:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Receive a prepaid return label
- Return the item
- Receive a refund to your original payment method
Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.
Fair use protection (important for Shopify disputes):
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show:
- Excessive wear or misuse
- Intentional damage
- Abuse of the return policy
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue, contact us first — we’ll resolve it quickly.
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks through Shopify and payment providers.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll resolve with a replacement or refund at no cost.

All HighQi branding, designs, and content are protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
